AHS 1000 "turning handing standards into operational reality"    

 

 

 

UNASCO confirms its commitment to quality by introducing the IATA AHM 804 compliant AHS 1000 quality benchmarking program at all three international airports within the Kingdom.

The AHS 1000 program was implemented in August 2002 with Qatar Airways and Emirates in Jeddah, Gulf Air and SriLankan Airlines in Riyadh and Lufhansa, Emirates, SirLankan and Gulf Air in Dammam.

Now almost all Airlines are being followed by AHS Program.

MEET AND ASSIST FOR UMRAH PILGRIMS

Meet and Assist service for Umrah Pilgrims at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, is currently available.

A dedicated team of experienced professionals will provide this service round-the-clock.

Service includes:

  1. Meet and Greet pilgrims on arrival.
  2. Identify group for receiving agent.
  3. Direct pilgrims through Immigration, Baggage collection and Customs.
  4. Escort pilgrims to their agent in the Terminal building.
